Definition of d'orsay
- : a pump-type shoe or slipper made with a circular vamp and a quarter that curves to meet the vamp at the shank line
You either know EXACTLY what I'm talking about when I say D'orsay pumps, or you have NO CLUE. So now you know.
Personally, I love a good d'orsay pump. They are comfortable, and often made in lower heel heights, as I literally just cannot wear a 4.5" anymore. It's just not fun.
