I love the UK

I love Pippa, I love Mini Boden, and I love Monsoon (clothing)! 

A new friend of mine told me about this darling line out of the UK called Monsoon.  It is DARLING.  

They do Women's, Children's, Housewares, and Accessories, and there is very little on the site that I don't like.  Check it out for yourself!  

Specifically, I think they do a GREAT job with unique and adorable children's clothing - from babies to kids, it's ALL cute.  And even the boy stuff is cute (yay!).

All about brights

What is making me happy when I open up a magazine of late are all of the brightly colored clothing and jewelry I keep seeing!  So so so fun!  It totally reminds me of my neon phase, circa 1990/1991 I think, when biking pants and splash painted tee shirts were THE thing.  And I, always the slave to fashion, submitted.  I would have to consult old photos, but I think I had a HOT pair of neon green biker shorts I wore A LOT and maybe a pink pair?  Mom, do you remember?

More Spring Must Haves......I'm all about J Crew

I literally could be on the J Crew website ALMOST as long as I could browse around on Shopbop. 

Here are some of my top picks right now....

Sperry Top Sider Boat Shoes in CORAL! I'm a sucker for this color........

If you know me, I LOVE a great hat.  This is the ultimate Classic Fedora - offered in tan, but I like the Beechwood.

A fabulous way to dress up your denim - the Spangled Stripe Sweater.  Definitely the Beechwood White colorway.

Always a mini-skirt girl, this one rocks!  The Lunette mini comes in navy too......which is my choice hands down.

Last but certainly not least, my stylish Mom picked out this striped henley tank for me for Valentines day....I loved it so much I got another!  All colors are cute but of course navy and olive tree are my <3's.  Thanks Mom!

Spring Obsessions........an ever evolving post

As the Spring 2011 catalogs and magazines arrive daily in my mailbox and i continue to ear pages of things I want/need, I feel like I should share some of these before my head explodes!  I figure this way at least I'll have an ongoing list of spring trends and 'must haves' just in case someone throws away my stack.  Who could that be.....??  ;-)

How great is this headband for summer (with air-dried wavy hair).  It's only $28!

 These Stuart Weitzman sandals are simply the best wedge I can find out there.  Yes, there are many cheaper knock off versions of which I will probably buy, but if I had the cash ($365) I'd bet on Stuey for sure.

 I have been stalking these for a while - they were in the Nordstrom January catalog that I got, and they so totally reminded me of a pair of Loeffler Randall boots that passed me by a few seasons ago (those LRs were so fab that yes, i  am still thinking of them).  They're by Boutique 9 and are only $224 (a steal compared to a LR price!).  Gorgeous cut outs!

 Last but not least (or ever), this Tusk necklace by Gorjana could easily become a summer staple for me.  I would be layering it up with a couple of other staples and donesies for my summer neck garb.  $88 for something I would wear everyday?  yes.

Boden LTD - Like? Love.

I am sure by now many of you know about my obsession with all things MiniBoden.  Love love love everything they do for babies and kids.  And up until now, I haven't been 'obsessed' with anything for ME at Boden (yes they do make women's clothes!). 

But.......they just unveiled their new 'Boden Limited Edition' collection.  The fabrics are more luxurious, the color palate a bit more understated, and it's an online-only range.  Meaning when it's sold out, it's SOLD OUT for good.  Makes you want it even more, right?

Mouse Flat Love

I think I mentioned my love for Marc Jacobs mouse flats in my post about Gemma's nursery, which then spurred me to have a look at Shopbop to see if there were any new styles. 

To my utter delight, there are!  My favorite, you ask?  These Marc Jacobs Spotted Mouse Flats are to die for.

How cute would these be with a pair of skinnies, a white tank, a little scarf around your neck, and this Tory Tote in Poppy Coral for spring?!
