Happy Mother's Day to my fabulous Mom, and my kids' favorite 'Mimi.'

Mom, looking back, I wasn't always the easiest (think tenacious might be a good word) little girl to raise, and now that I am a Mom, I know how hard raising children is!  Thank you for teaching me everything that you did from taking me to swimming lessons, making me healthy lunches (although I'll never forget how Amy always got more cookies than I did), making my pretty dresses, my Halloween costumes, writing in my baby book about all things 'Mollie,' and for letting me make all of the mistakes that I made (oh those '90's bangs). 

I have learned and continue to learn innumerable life lessons from you and value our mother-daughter friendship daily.

I love you more than words can say!

New Gorjana Winner! Seriously!

Ok - sadly, Tara Marie (who was one of my Gorjana bracelet winners) didn't leave any way for me to get in touch with her.  I tried to reach out through my Mascara Meets Matchbox page and gave her 24 hrs - to no avail.

Slaving Away........

A report on all things Tracy Anderson and my battle of the baby bulge.

To date:

• 6 very stubborn lbs lost.  (and by lost, I mean never to be found again hopefully)

• Many inches lost.

• Right ankle sprained.

• Therefore experiencing a bit of a plateau as I can't do cardio.

• Still totally motivated.

This helps:

Only about 12 or so lbs to get back to the infamous 'Wedding Weight.'

My son Griffin now refers to Tracy Anderson on a first name basis in our conversations.  Ex: "Mom, are you going to do your Tracy video now?" OR "Mom, I think we need to turn Tracy off."  Oh I wish, Griff, I wish.  ;-)

Will report back in another month or so..............and CONGRATS to my friend Marla of Stellebelle & Rubylou for losing all of HER babyweight asap - her little Ruby is only 19 weeks!  Whew.  I'm impressed.

Pippa Middleton

Oh Pippa.  Somehow you managed to get about as much press on your dress as the bride!

I know nothing about Pippa except that she wore a beautifully cut white Sarah Burton designed dress as her sister's Maid of Honor at the Royal Wedding, and that her name is Pippa.  Which I now LOVE.  What an adorable name. 

My favorite picture - with the flower girls.  Very sweet all in white.  

The detail around the neckline and arms is exquisite.

The simplicity is key.
