Anyone watch White Collar on USA?

My husband does.  I watch it with him, mostly to gaze at Matt Bomer.

If you don't, you should.  Am I right or what?

Look at this cool raincoat!

I know we're just kind of coming out of rainy season, but I just spied this amazing looking raincoat in this month's InStyle.

Made by Terra New York, a company aiming to make high-fashion rain gear that appeals to urbanites and suburbanites alike, these jackets are super cool.

There are 3 styles on their website, but my favorite by far is called the Lower East Side.  It's adjustable at the waist, hood, arms, and bottom with a string to cinch for a customized fit.  And it's 100% waterproof.  I like the smokey grey better than the nude - I think that nude color might wash me out without a tan.

What do you think?  Any raincoats you all swear by?  I still haven't found my 'perfect' one.....

I love Nest

I guess this is going to be the week of 'I love.......'

In my research to find the perfect mix of diaper bags to offer at Wonder!, one of my girlfriends recommended the line Nest.  I can't believe I hadn't heard of it before (tsk, tsk, me).

I absolutely love these bags - and am having a hard time narrowing down which ones I like for Wonder!  Maybe you can help.  Here are my favs - oh and don't freak out, I will be offering less expensive options!

Mercer, $385

The Bleeker - a Vegan option, $150

Bleecker in Black

Grommet, $324

Elliott, $340

North South, also Vegan, $200

Inspired to wear......

Rainbow colored denim.

There was a time in my life, about age 11 I think, that ALL I wanted to wear was my turquoise denim jacket.  Thinking back, I remember that I was the only one in the class that had a colored denim jacket, as opposed to all of the other girls who had just regular denim.  We all had a zillion buttons on our jackets that personalized them, but I was SO into my turquoise jean jacket.  I didn't know it then, but I was using fashion as a way to stand out from my peers, to make a statement, that THIS is who Mollie is.  I love that I did that, I love that I didn't conform as so many do at that age.  Now I didn't always stand out - I of course had to have the HUGE 80's bangs like everyone else - but at least I wore the bangs with my turquoise jacket.

Anyway, I was inspired to go back to my colored denim wearing ways upon seeing this fabulous lookbook from Shopbop :  Hanneli has her way with Rainbow Denim.  The lookbook was shot by, modeled by, and styled by Hanneli herself - a very notable fashion blogger.  If you haven't stopped by her site, you should:  www.hanneli.com.

Here are some of the shots from the lookbook - I would tell you my favs but honestly I love it all!  Especially the pink skinnies.  Apparently other people liked them too, they're only left in a size 29.

I Love Gorgeous

Through a series of clicks on the internet last night, I happened upon a website based out of the UK that sells the most darling girls clothing.  It's a wonderful mixture of sweet plus chic - which, in my opinion is hard to do (and find) these days.

The line is called I Love Gorgeous, and they're right - 'I do love gorgeous!'

Their story is sweet and their inspiration is refreshing (possibly because they're Brits and mention all of the cool places in London, ok?).  I wanted to share their 'About' story from their site:

ilovegorgeous was born out of a love of textiles, colour, fashion, our favourite country India, and of course having our own children.
Our first collection was put together in 2006 following an inspirational trip to India where we sourced hand blocked prints, wonderful silks and cottons, and pretty trims. We sold it purely through friends and home sales and the business was born.
That was our market research.
We launched ilovegorgeous as a brand in AW07. Our first collection was snapped up by Selfridges and many other wonderful boutiques across the UK and Europe. Since then we have launched the ilovegorgeous website which has a truly worldwide clientele and opened our flagship shop in Notting Hill gate as well as now being stocked in Le Bon Marche Paris and Barney’s New York.
Our aim is to provide beautiful clothes for gorgeous children. We love using unusual fabrics that move with the child. Moss crepe, viscose chiffon, silk chiffon, georgette and soft cotton voile. Unusual prints are teamed with a bit of sari fabric or a slash of gold lurex. A spray of net, a hint of lace or some retro ric rac trim.

Here are some of my favorites from them..........but really, it's all cute.

Another thing I love about their site is their lookbook.  Seriously, the models are precious, the styling is superbly creative - nothing like anything I've seen!

Finally, they have a blog - more to obsess over.

Have any of you heard of I love gorgeous?  I feel like I've hit the jackpot!

My baby girl is 1

It's been quite a year since July 9, 2010.  I got the baby girl I never knew I always wanted on that beautiful day, Miss Gemma Grace.  Miss Gemma has become the 2nd light of our lives and we are so blessed to call her our daughter.

Happy 1st Birthday to our baby girl!

On to the party........
